The CC-Lock Antenna is an industrial HF RFID antenna for integration into electrical cabinets and machine panels. When mounted correctly, the antenna is IP65 (water- and dustproof) on the panel side with a normal BNC connector on the inside of the cabinet. Its normal use is for authentication systems in connection with a Mifare® reader but it can be combined with any 13.56 MHz RFID reader that has an 50 Ohm antenna output.
With its glass fiber-enforced PA6 (Nylon) housing, the antenna can survive years of rough environments without problems. The read range with a typical key fob transponder is approximately 50mm (eg. with our CC-Lock Mifare Reader).
